Hand Selecting Raw Live Edge Lumber
The selection of lumber starts the process for all projects. Lumber is responsibly sourced, air dried for years, and then kiln dried for several months.
During our client interview process, we take the time to understand the functional need and aesthetic desire. We match the perfect slab for the space. Each and every piece is unique and has a character of its own, guaranteeing you get a one of a kind product.
Finishing
Every product is sanded to produce an exceptionally smooth finish. Each edge is chamfered for a clean cut look. Butterfly joints connect and secure large cracks in the wood while Epoxy fills every remaining imperfection to complete your unique look.
Once the table tops are complete C channels are routed underneath allowing for increased stability and longevity. Multiple Stain and finishing options are available to achieve the desired end result.
Solid Steel Custom Bases
Every piece of lumber is unique, which is why every pair of legs should be fabricated to coincide perfectly with your piece.
Our steel bases are available in multiple Colors, powder-coated for increased durability and quality.
The bases are inlayed into the bottom of the tables which allows for a seamless feel and even greater stability.
